We are by your side at every step, from the start of your project to its delivery. Detailed information about our quality standards and construction processes.
Our Project Process
We are with you at every stage of your project with our professional approach and quality standards
01
Structural Design
The first step of the project begins with understanding you and creating designs suited to your needs. By prioritizing the principles of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, we create a unique structural design tailored just for you.
02
Planning
We create a detailed roadmap to bring the design to life. We plan every step of your project transparently and determine the resources and technical details needed for the process to proceed smoothly.
03
Scheduling and Budget
We carry out meticulous scheduling and cost planning to ensure your project is completed within the targeted timeframe and stays within your budget. At this stage, we provide detailed information that lets you keep control of the entire process.
04
Implementation and Production
We launch the production and implementation process to turn your plans into reality. We bring the project to life by working with materials that meet high quality standards and teams who are experts in their field.
05
Occupational Safety
We keep occupational safety at the highest level throughout all construction processes. We take measures in compliance with standards to protect the safety of both our employees and everyone on the project site.
06
Quality Control
We carry out regular inspections to guarantee quality at every stage. We ensure that the work performed complies with standards, stays true to the design, and that the project progresses flawlessly.
07
Completion Report
When the project is completed, we provide a completion report that thoroughly documents the entire process and the work carried out. This report allows you to review all phases and outcomes of the project.
08
Building Documentation
We provide comprehensive building documentation containing all the documents needed for the future maintenance and use of your structure. Technical details, plans, and user manuals are among these documents.
09
Warranty
We remain by your side even after delivering the project. With the warranty we provide, we ensure your structure can be used safely for many years. We offer fast and effective solutions for any potential issues.
What We Recommend
Technical solutions such as high fire resistance, long-lasting plumbing, and galvanized steel systems form the foundation of our Elite and Premium packages. However, with the Comfort option, we leave the cost-benefit balance entirely up to you. Even if the material quality changes, the quality of workmanship remains the same. If you want to proceed without compromising on quality while keeping control in your hands, these recommendations will be the best starting point.
Use of Fire-Resistant Materials
- •Fiber cement exterior cladding: A1 class internationally fire-resistance certified
- •Rock wool insulation: A1 class internationally fire-resistance certified
- •Roof insulation: certified polyurethane spray foam compliant with ISO and EN standards
- •OSB facade cladding: CE certified, European Union approved
- •Electrical installation: halogen-free enclosure, fuse box, and cables EIC, CPR certified
Eco-Friendly and Durable Plumbing
