In the second phase, we take on all official procedures and foundation infrastructure work. The customer simply watches while we manage the entire process.
Official Process Management
As MongoHippo, we manage all correspondence, applications and permit processes with the municipality and official institutions. The customer does not need to deal with bureaucracy.
Municipal permit application: Preparation and follow-up of all documents required for the building permit
Project approvals: Municipal approval of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical projects
Zoning status certificate: Obtaining the current zoning status certificate
Occupancy permit: Preliminary preparation for obtaining the occupancy permit upon completion of construction
Insurance procedures: Construction all-risk insurance, worker insurance

Site Preparation and Infrastructure
The land is made ready for construction. All infrastructure connections and site organization are completed.
